SUSS and WiseNet Asia Launch Success Academy in Malaysia

On August 23, 2024, the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and WiseNet Asia held the official launch ceremony of the SUSS Success Academy in Kuala Lumpur, marking the establishment of this cross-border education and industry collaboration initiative in Malaysia. The Academy aims to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and regional social impact, while empowering students and business leaders from both Singapore and Malaysia through cross-cultural industry programmes to succeed on the global stage.

Tsinghua University alumni Hong Zi Shen, Lim Chen Choong, and Dr. Gan Yee Chin attended the event as representatives, bearing witness to this milestone occasion. The launch ceremony was held at The Gardens A St Giles Signature Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and welcomed over 100 guests from both countries, including representatives from institutions of higher learning, industry partners, and community leaders. The event was officiated by Mr. Vanu Gopala Menon, High Commissioner of Singapore to Malaysia, and Dr. Ong Kian Ming, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Taylor’s University.
