Gathering of Alumni Night in Malaysia

On December 7, 2024, Tsinghua University alumni were invited to attend the "Gathering of Alumni Night in Malaysia" gala dinner, jointly organized by the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and The Association of Graduates from Universities and Colleges of China. The grand event took place at the Oriental Star Restaurant in EkoCheras, Kuala Lumpur, drawing a large gathering of alumni and guests from various universities to celebrate their shared connection and experiences.
The evening was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including Mr. Zhao Changtao, the Education Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, and YB Tan Kok Wai, Member of Parliament for Cheras. Their attendance added prestige to the event, which also saw active participation from leaders and prominent alumni of various universities, reflecting the strong camaraderie and solidarity among those who studied in China.
