2025 ASEAN AI Business Summit

On September 12, 2025, our association was invited to attend the ASEAN AI Business Summit 2025, organized by the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) and held at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. We would like to express our special thanks to our Honorary Advisor, Tan Sri Barry Goh, for his strong support and generous sponsorship.

The summit brought together over a thousand senior business leaders, policymakers, scholars, and corporate representatives from across ASEAN, with the aim of driving regional digital transformation, deepening cross-border collaboration, and actively exploring the applications and opportunities of artificial intelligence in sustainable innovation.

Highlights of the event included:

Distinguished guests included Mr. Zheng Xuefang, Representative of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia; ACCCIM Honorary Presidents Tan Sri Barry Goh and Dato’ Lee Yeow Chor, among others.

The full-day summit featured multiple thematic forums covering topics such as enterprise applications of AI, venture capital for startups, public sector data sharing, smart healthcare, digital media and branding, information technology, manufacturing, and agricultural modernization.

The summit underscored the immense potential of artificial intelligence in empowering businesses and industries, driving cross-sector collaboration, and strengthening the synergy between policy, technology, and business innovation, jointly building a prosperous, open, and inclusive ASEAN AI ecosystem.
